Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  •  Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days depending on the courier provider. There may be unexpected delays, due to Covid-19 or unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.

  • Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier company There may be unexpected delays due to Covid-19 or unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.

Please note:
Shipments going to the USA or other international destinations may be delayed by Customs. The Customs office which is in the country of delivery, can delay shipping estimates and are outside of our control. Please be aware of potential border delays when choosing a fast (and expensive) shipping method.
  • Incorrect or Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Customers are requested to check their address thoroughly before submitting to IndiaNidhi.

Any items returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to a refund for the value of the product minus the shipping and return cost. Any Item damaged or lost due to an incorrect address will not be IndiaNidhi's liability and we will not be able to refund either the product value or the shipping

  • P.O. Box Shipping

IndiaNidhi will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

  •  Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

  • Parcel damaged in-transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service - info@indianidhi.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service immediately. Please refer to the refund policy for further steps in this regards.

Cancellation and Returns accepted:

Cancellation of order Due or Change Of Mind

Indi Nidhi will happily accept cancellation due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within the same day or before dispatching whichever is earlier.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions of return

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Please note:

  • This policy does not apply to Items on Sale or discounts.
  • All our orders are thoroughly checked for their quality, before shipping to avoid inconveniences
  • Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be some variation in color and texture which should not be considered as 'damage ' but it's a unique inherited characteristic of the product and can be considered as signature style of the artisan. Any variation of this kind will not be accepted as a defect.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs
