Fabrics: All products are pre-washed. We suggest gentle machine washing in cold water with mild detergent. Bright colors(Plant dyed) should be washed separately for first few washes Do not soak. Do not scrub and wring. Do not bleach. Best way to dry bright, cotton or linen fabrics is line dry in shade or medium tumble dry.
Leather: Dry wipe only and store in a cloth bag in clean ventilated place.
Jewelry: Periodically clean it with a soft cloth and avoid exposing it to harsh conditions or substances that may damage the metal or ceramic
All are products intricate artisanal work which is the beauty of our product and a boon to our environment and are made in batches only. No mass or fast production may lead to following :
Stock: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund(please refer to our refund policy ). Please note we have storage spaces in Mumbai, India, and Vancouver, Canada and the products might ship from any of these locations.
Prints: You may find slight irregularities in Prints or colour in different batches, which we consider the beauty of handmade products and cannot be disputed, respecting the artisans.
Colour: We shoot our products in natural light but still The color and brightness of the actual product may slightly vary due to digital photography and photo editing.

We are a small company, but we believe in sustainable practices which reflects not only in our products but also in our packaging. We use recycled saree or cloth bags, paper bags, recycled poly mailers and/or boxes for our packaging and shipping.
